New QSR Success Rates ...

Tracker customers can now produce QSRs (qualification success rates) direct from Tracker, designed to the new (February 2010) specification.  The LSC / SFA will continue to use Success Rates and MLP (minimum levels of performance) reports to guide funding allocations and negotiations.  Ofsted will use the QSRs to determine quality and performance from a value perspective, and there is an expectation that Providers will use Success Rates to determine and ensure equality of provision across a wide range of measures such as gender, disability and ethnic background.

The new reports include a summary of overall and timely success rates for Train to Gain and Apprenticeships.  Customers can also download a detailed list of learners that are included in the qualification success rates calculations.  Additional details can be found at www.successrates.co.uk

After some false starts and multiple changes to the spec, The Data Service finally published a full and comprehensive specification.  The Tracker development team were able to respond immediately and go live with the new reports in just a few days.  The new reports were released and in just 48 hours have been run over 500 times!!
