Tracker for Managers workshop on Tuesday 10th November 2009 ...

To introduce all the new features now available in Tracker and cover some critical changes which will affect everyone involved in managing LSC contracts, we are running a Tracker for Managers Workshop in Coventry on TUESDAY 10th NOVEMBER.  The event will start promptly at 10:30am, with a brief working lunch at 12:30pm and finish by 3pm at the very latest.

This event will be suitable for ...

  • Anyone involved in Managing Employer Responsive, Apprenticeships, Train to Gain, Response to Redundancy, Learner Responsive, E2E, ALA or ESF contracts.
  • National Employers and Learning Providers.
  • LSC Contract Managers.
  • Anyone who has responsibility for co-ordinating ILR data entry and submission of data to the LSC.
  • Anyone who enters ILR data onto Tracker.
  • Managers of Assessors.Centre Managers, and anyone who has management responsibility for LSC ILR data.

This is not just for senior managers (although senior managers should certainly attend) – those using Tracker and ILR data on a daily basis will gain significant value from this event.

At this workshop we will be holding sessions on the following:

  • Fully automated link to the Unique Learner Number ULN System.
  • Automatic FULL validation of ALL your LSC data (no need to use the LIS ever again!!).
  • Automated LSC funding reports – full financial reports available from Tracker including some limited forecasting ability.
  • Offline system for Assessors (available on the Assessors laptop, even when not connected to the internet, for entering Reviews, Assessments and Unit Tracking).  This feature has the potential to revolutionise the whole Assessment process.
  • SMS Text and / or email Reminders direct from your Tracker system – send a reminder to your Learners about their next review.
  • Automated link to EDRS (via the Employer Data Registration Service – again, saves loads of time).
  • Automated link to the City & Guilds Walled Garden for Registrations and certification claims.

The cost of the event will be £95 + vat for one person.  The cost of each additional attendee from the same company will be just £55 + vat.

If you or any of your colleagues would like to attend please could you let Julia Nyland know on julia.nyland@pdmdata.com and she will co-ordinate your bookings, and send joining instructions.
