New features and services to be available for Nextstep ...

Tracker for Nextstep will be enhanced for the new Nextstep service to be launched on 1st August.  New features such as full integration with the Unique Learner Number will be included, along with SMS and email facilities to contact and remind Nextstep customers of upcoming appointments. 

The PDM development team have been working closely with all our Nextstep customers over the last few months, looking at what additional services can be provided through Tracker to assist Nextstep Advisors in their daily work.  All the developments are being implemented at the moment and will be in testing commencing 20th June, with all our customers who are successful in their current Nextstep tenders.  In addition we are also keeping some enhancements under wraps at the moment - details will be released only to contractors who are successful in the Nextstep tender process :-)
